Membership is based on your rolling 12-month spend. As you spend more, you move up through tiers, Club, Silver, Gold, and Black, each with increasing benefits.
Is there a membership fee?
No. There is no membership fee or subscription. Club Membership can start from your first visit once you share your full name, email address and phone number. Your tier is determined by the amount you actually pay over a rolling 12-month period, including VAT and service charge, or unlocked immediately with a store credit purchase that meets the threshold.
What are the membership tiers?
There are four tiers: Club, Silver, Gold, and Black. Each offers increasing benefits like discounts, drinks, recognition, and priority access.
What is a Gentlemen's Agreement?
The Gentlemen's Agreement gives you 12 Grooming services for the price of 10. It is designed for guests who visit regularly.
What is a King's Agreement?
The King's Agreement provides a full year of Grooming, one visit per day. It is available in three variants: Beard-only, Head-only, or Head & Beard combined.
Can I use my Membership at both locations?
Yes. Your Membership and benefits are valid at both House of Barbaard locations in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Purchased store credit, however, can only be used at the location and department where it was bought.
How does store credit work?
Store credit is prepaid and counts toward your Membership tier in full on the day of purchase. It is tied to the location where it was bought and to either the Barbershop or the Bar, and it expires 24 months after purchase, independently of your tier status.
Do Grooming Agreements include Membership benefits?
Grooming Agreement spend counts toward your Membership tier, so you benefit from both programs simultaneously.
