A trade worth learning
Barbering and classic drinks are both crafts you get better at for decades. We would rather teach someone who wants that than hire someone who has stopped being curious.
Read the room
Our guests come for an hour that feels different from the rest of their day. The people who do well here notice what someone needs before being asked.
Standards, held quietly
Everything is checked, and nothing is fussy about it. High standards should be invisible to a guest and second nature to the team.

Thirteenth-month salary
20 days of paid leave

How hiring works
Five steps, and no silence
You will hear from us at each stage, including when the answer is no.

Apply
The form on each role takes a few minutes. A CV helps but is not required for every position.

Screening
A short call to cover the basics: what you have done, what you are looking for, and when you could start.
- 03
Interview
A conversation at the venue with the manager you would work for, and usually a second with the team.
- 04
Trial shift
For floor and bar roles, a paid shift with the team. The best way for both of us to know.

Offer
Terms in writing, and a start date that works around whatever notice you owe.
