The guest pass
Your friend. Our guest.
A guest pass is one complimentary barbershop service, for a friend who has never been to House of Barbaard. You earn it by coming back, and you give it away in a single link.
How it works

01
You earn it
Every sixth barbershop visit earns you a guest pass. You are told the moment it arrives, and you can hold up to three at a time.
02
You give it away
Open your pass and send the link through Zalo, WhatsApp, a message, or copy it and send it your own way. There is nothing to print and nothing to install.
03
They come in
Your friend opens the link, chooses a location and a time, and books. Their service is on us. You will hear from us when they book, and again after their visit.
Terms and conditions

These terms apply to guest passes issued by House of Barbaard. They sit alongside our general Terms and Conditions.
1. Earning a pass
A guest pass is earned on every sixth qualifying barbershop visit at House of Barbaard.
A member may hold up to three unused guest passes at any one time. Further passes are earned once an existing one has been used or has expired.
Guest passes are issued to the member personally. They cannot be bought, sold, or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other benefit.
2. Who a pass is for
A guest pass is for someone who has not visited House of Barbaard before. This is checked when the pass is claimed, and a pass cannot be claimed by a guest who already has a visit with us.
A member cannot use their own guest pass.
One pass covers one person. It is not a group booking.
3. What a pass covers
A guest pass covers one barbershop service at either of our locations.
It does not cover products, food, drink, or anything added on the day, which remain payable as normal.
A pass cannot be combined with another offer, discount, or promotion on the same service.
4. Booking and cancellation
A booking is required and is subject to availability. Walk-in redemption is at the discretion of the venue.
If a booking made with a guest pass is cancelled, the pass is returned to the member who gave it and can be given again, provided it has not expired.
We ask that a cancellation be made with reasonable notice, as a courtesy to the barber whose time was held.
5. Validity
Each guest pass carries an expiry date, shown on the pass itself and in the email that announces it.
Guest passes earned from September 2026 onwards are valid for 90 days from the date they are earned.
Passes issued before the guest pass programme was announced are valid until 30 November 2026.
An expired pass cannot be reinstated, and a new one is earned in the usual way.
6. General
House of Barbaard may withdraw or amend the guest pass programme, or these terms, at any time. A pass already given to a friend will be honoured on the terms that applied when it was given.
We may decline or reverse a pass where it has been obtained or used in a way these terms do not allow.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
